The Cambucha is naturally sparkling, refreshing and light.

It’s brewed slowly, allowing the fermentation to develop gentle complexity without ever becoming harsh.

To create The Cambucha, we begin with fine loose-leaf tea, pure water, starter cultures and just enough sugar to aid natural fermentation.

Then we wait.

Over time, the kombucha develops its natural fizz and balanced flavour.

To create our flavoured varieties, we gently infuse whole fruits and spices at the end of the process.

Then we wait again.

In the meantime, The Cambucha matures a little longer to settle into its perfect balance.
